Identity
Confirm whether each time row belongs to an employee, vendor, or other supported name and that spelling matches the destination list exactly.

Time and dates
Check duration units, zero or negative values, date format, timezone assumptions, duplicate exports, and entries outside the intended accounting period.

Customer and service mapping
Verify customer:job and service item names. A syntactically valid record can still be operationally wrong when it points to the wrong job or activity.

Recovery
Retain the original CSV, the exact IIF, the mapping summary, the blocked-row list, and a note of the destination file and import time.
