Confirm the first cue begins near the actual speech and the final cue does not stop before the recording or end mid-sentence.

Sort timeline gaps by duration
Review the largest unexplained gaps first, while accounting for known silence, music, cuts, and non-speech sections.

Inspect repetition clusters
Repeated phrases can come from speech, editing, or ASR loops. Compare neighboring timestamps and the source before removing anything.

Review cue readability
Flag extreme cue duration, dense text, abrupt line breaks, and overlapping cues that could harm comprehension or accessibility.
